Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences. Prof. Xiaodong Liu has been very active in the research in AI-driven software engineering, focusing on pervasive systems (Internet of Things), service-oriented architecture, evolution of cloud services, and intelligence-driven smart systems. He has won 12 external grants and successfully led or leading these externally funded projects with the role of principal investigator. Currently Prof. Liu leads the Intelligence-Driven Software Engineering Research Group. He is the founder a spin out company, FlexiCAGE Ltd. Prof.Hongbo Jiang is a Member of Academia Europaea (MAE), Fellow of the IET, BCS, AAIA, and AIIA, and holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, USA. He is currently a Distinguished Professor at Hunan University, Director of the Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Trustworthy Systems and Networks, and the CDTO of China State Construction International Holdings Limited. Additionally, he serves as an Editor for several prestigious international journals, including IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking (ToN), IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing (TMC), ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks (TOSN), IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering (TNSE), IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (T-ITS), and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT).

Xianjun Deng, Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and National High-Level Leading Talent, is currently the Vice Dean of the School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has been honored with the IEEE SCSTC Mid-Career Achievement Award, IEEE TCSC Excellent Young Scientist Award, and has been selected as a scholar of the Hubei Hundred Talent Program, Wuhan Talent of Wuhan City, Distinguished Professor of the Chongqing Bayu Scholar Program, and Hunan Furong Scholar, among other recognitions.

Professor Bing Shi, is doctoral supervisor, and Associate Dean of the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Wuhan University of Technology. He is also recognized as a Hubei Chutian Scholar. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Nanjing University, and his Ph.D. from the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton, UK, where he subsequently conducted postdoctoral research. Dr. Shi's research focuses on artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems, and game theory. He has led four national-level research projects and four projects funded by the Ministry of Education. He has published over 60 papers (as first or corresponding author) in CCF-recommended journals and conferences, as well as in CAS Zone 1 journals. His research has been honored with the 2024 Hubei Provincial Association for Science and Technology Excellent Academic Paper Award and recognized as a 2025 Hubei Province Typical Application Scenario of Artificial Intelligence. The courses he teaches have been designated as first-class courses in Hubei Province and national online courses for engineering master's degree students. He has received two first prizes of the Hubei Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, the Outstanding Project Case Award of the Ministry of Education's University-Industry Collaborative Education Program, and the Huawei Outstanding Achievement Award under the same program. He has also mentored students to win numerous national and provincial-level awards in academic competitions.

Prof. Xiaohu Ge received his Doctoral degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2003, and was awarded the Galilei Grant of Italy in 2005. In recent years, he has presided over more than 20 national-level research projects and a number of high-level international scientific and technological cooperation programs. He has published over 200 SCI-indexed academic papers, with more than 9,300 citations on Google Scholar. Many of his representative papers have been awarded Best Paper Awards in relevant fields by the IEEE Communications Society. His research achievements won the Second Prize of Hubei Provincial Natural Science Award in 2016. Dr. Umesh C. Pati is a Full Professor at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela. He has obtained his B.Tech. Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, Odisha. He received both M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Instrumentation and Image Processing, respectively, from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He is currently serving as Chairperson, International StudentsCell, NIT Rourkela. He has also served as Head, Career Development Center, NIT Rourkela for three years.

Prof. Yong Xiao served as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona, and concurrently as the Center Manager of the Broadband Wireless Access and Applications Center (BWAC), which is supported by the NSF Industry-University Cooperative Research Center (IUCRC) program. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from China University of Geosciences in 2002. In 2006, he received his Master of Science degree from the School of Electronic, Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In 2012, he received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Professor Hongliang Ren received his Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering (Specialized in Biomedical Engineering) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2008. He is currently an Associate Professor of mathematics and the Director of the Institute of Numerical Sciences, Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
